The voodoo hair formula, is NOT the same as the regular hair formula.
The ingredients of the voodoo hair formula are as follows:

Aurum Natrum Muriaticum 12X
It is always best to muscle test for proper dosage an absolute need of any formula, however, as a very general or generic dose, you could take one tablet for every 50 pounds of body weight, twice daily. 
This should be taken sublingually, at least 15 minutes away from eating or drinking. So you can take it one hour before, are one hour after, or 30 minutes before, or 30 minutes after. Just not within 15 minutes of eating or drinking.
